No Longer Fave

He is no longer the favorite of his home network. Jericho Rosales is now just one-of-those stars of the Kapamilya network. His biggest break and best performance yet was his portrayal as Angelo Buenavista via Pangako Sa'yo.. If ever ABS CBN will have a remake of this (like what they're doing to their hit teleseryes nowadays), I don' think Jericho will still play the role of Angelo. He still got the appeal and the acting but he is no longer as hot as before.

Richard Pangilinan: Sexiest Man in the City 2

I will be rooting for Richard Pangilinan for Sexiest Man in the City 2 to be held this coming July 19th at the Metro Bar at 8 pm. The winner will take home P100,000, a one-year free membership at Gold's Gym, and a trip to Hong Kong with 3 days and 2 nights accommodation.

Michael Elhag: Fil-Iranian Supermodel

He won the Fasshionissimo Male Supermodel Search 2010 which was held during the 4th quarter of last year at the Music Museum. During the pageant night, 21-year old, half-Pinoy, half-Iranian Michael Elhag also won the Best in Swimwear & Best in Formal Wear. Twenty eight men competed for the title. He was also one of the bachelors featured on Philippine Cosmopolitan magazine's Bachelors of 2010. I have a video of that event and I must say, Michael was a runaway winner of that night.

Meritorious

Richard Gutierrez and his brother Rocky (or should I say, the Gutierrez family?) is on the hot seat again after the DOJ found out that victims Arnel Cruz and Ram De Vera's petition "meritorious". The case was already dismissed five years ago but was reopened by the DOJ. The incident took place in a parking lot near the Embassy Club in 2005. This should be an interesting case to see if Richard and the brother are really guilty. If so, then the justice is put to the test when powerful celebrities are the ones involved. Bakit ko nasabi ito? Remember his personal assistant's case, Nomar Pardo where he died when Richard was driving with great speed but he wasn't charged at all and never brought to jail, not even to precinct? Kung sa ibang driver nangyari yun at di kilala tapos isang mahirap lang, huli agad tapos kulong ang aabutin. A severe lesson is LONG OVER DUE for Richard Gutierrez! Hanggat di siya napaparusahan, he (they) will think that they are above the law and no matter what they do, they will never get charged.

During His Prime

During the 90's, soft p**n flicks were very in demand. Every month, two or three of the said genre of movie were shown in cinemas (I really miss those days!). Jay Manalo was one of the many sexy actors that really caught not only the attention of gals but gays as well. Why not? He got the most appealing look and body during those years. Sometimes he also appeared in action movies where he portrays mostly villain roles. Nowadays, we don't see him anymore wearing sexy swimming trunks or undies. Just seeing him still active on TV is now a consolation and we can only wish to see him once again in a sexy attire.

Ding Dong!

I always have this attraction to big-bodied men like Dingdong Dantes. The first time I saw him during Anna Karenina days made me followed him on the Kapuso network. Watching that show was part of my routine every Sunday. Sabi ng iba, di naman siya ganong kalakihan, refering to his "dingdong", pero yun lang ba ang nakakapagpaligaya sa isang tulad ko? Men like him is when I can say "Yakap pa lang busog ka na."

Thanks God, He's Back!

Everytime I see Matthew Mendoza, I always remember his portrayal of Fredo in the movie Dyesebel with Charlene Gonzales. He was one of the most handsome leading men during the 90's (until now). Too bad, he's now protraying father roles since he already old for "pacute" roles (now he's no longer wearing sexy outfits), however, Matthew is a person where you can see the phrase "aging gracefully". The good news is, he's back again at the DramaRama sa hapon of the GMA network via Sinner or Saint. He was last seen on Alakdana, another series of the said network.

Hot na Hot!

I only have one thing to describe him - HOT! Aljur Abrenica seems to becoming hotter and hotter everytime he has photoshoots. He may not be good in acting but by just looking at him with his great body, it would definitely make my day.

Carlo Gonzales:

Carlo Gonzales was one of the casts of I Heart You Pare which ended last Friday. I don't really understand why GMA 7 can not give this good-looking hunk a big break. Based on what I've watched on TV, this guy can act compared to AA(?), which the network gives a project one after the other. No offense, but, the network should put AA into an intensive workshop before they will give him another primetime show. For now, a great show for Carlo is over due.

Sayang

He was one of the most in demand actors of the 90s when it comes to soft p**n flicks. The late John Apacible never failed to impress me with his acting. His facial expressions alone made me, while watching him, admire him more and more. Before his death a few months ago, he was one of the casts of Minsan Lang Kitang Iibigin of the Kapamilya network. Well, we'll never know what's going to happen in the future, but his untimely death made me think that he's "Sayang..."

Wedding Vows

Sen. Bong Revilla Jr. and Lani Mercado renewed their wedding vows on May 28 this year. It was attended by both political and showbiz personalities. I hope that this renewal of their wedding vows will truly make an end to the rumors that the senator is still as playboy as he was when he was in his younger years. Can not blame him anyway, since he got the looks and the charm that can catch any woman's attention.
